Human Resources at Tukas is responsible for employee recruitment, career development, training, payroll and other administrative operations.

At Tukas, employee experience is at the heart of Human Resources strategy. Tukas Human Resources' innovative, solution and high quality focused career planning system aims to develop employees' knowledge, capability and competency and prepare them for the next level in their careers. In accordance with Tukas employee promotion policy, employees with high potential are determined and prepared for more roles with greater responsibilities.

Human Resources carries out administrative personnel operations on time and to a high quality. The employees are encouraged to  submit their worries about non-ethical and illegal issues to the management.

As per the Human Resources strategy, team work is essential at Tukas. In order company to reach its goals, we invest in development of our employees by defining their personal goals and aligning them with company goals, measuring their effectiveness and creating synergies that will help business and employees grow. We use a "Performance Management System" as well as a "Benefits Management System". Two times a year Management conducts information sharing sessions with the employees.
